A meerkat with a broken tail and a lame horse take starring roles in TV vet Julian Norton’s latest book, On Call With The Yorkshire Vet. Based on his popular weekly newspaper column, Boroughbridge-based Norton is appearing on the first day of the Raworths Harrogate Literature Festival, taking place in the town’s Crown Hotel from Thursday, October 17 to Sunday, October 20.
